Pinelands Alternate Septic:
As of March 11 2002, the N.J Pinelands Commission signed into law that pressure dozing would no longer be a alternate septic that would aid in lot size reduction in lots less than 3.2 acres.
After three years of meetings proposals and you name it, the commission hired a consultant to assist in the selection of finding suitable nitrate reduction alternative systems.
The Commission has selected five alternate septic systems and they are used
for nitrate reduction.
We have knowledge of all the systems and will be happy to assist you in a selection, and maybe a design and installation.
We can provide professional construction and design of all the systems, and can provide you with the information necessary to make an affordable selection.
